Our Certified NLP Practitioner Course is intense. Aside from the 3 modules that participants attend, they also need to complete assignments.

The assignments are NLP-related and the participants need to submit their assignments on time.

It is about understanding the terminology of #NLP, but also, getting started and preparing themselves for the sessions.

It keeps their minds busy, and hence, it deepens their knowledge about NLP.

Most participants, while initially shocked that there is a training that contains extra curriculum work, enjoy the assignments.

It shows them how much they are going to learn and how much, in fact, they have learned already.

It is their reward and for them, sometimes, also about capturing their own learning.

I, as an NLP trainer, take the time during the different modules to go through the assignments in detail.

Passing is not a given, and I give feedback on their work.

But when I go through the assignments, I am proud.

Proud of my students and proud of how much they started to develop.
It takes time to go through those assignments, but just as they spent time completing the assignments, I dedicate a few hours to go through those as well.

It is fun, and it also helps me to understand the status of my participants.

How much they have learned, and where they need to have some reinforcement.

So let me get started on this work now ….. Our April students deserve the best!
