I’ve been working with NLP, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy® Techniques, and the Language and Behaviour Profile (Words That Change Minds) since 2003. Over the years, I’ve gone through more than 9,000 hours of training – not because I had to, but because I’ve always been fascinated by how our minds shape our lives.

I’m a Certified Trainer and Master Trainer in these methods, and I’ve spent the last two decades teaching people how to break through limiting beliefs, let go of negative emotions, and take charge of their own thinking.

What matters most to me is this: that people don’t just learn these tools on a surface level. I want them to use them in a way that creates lasting change in the subconscious, so they can live the life they want – not the one their old patterns keep them stuck in.
