My name is Andreas Dorn. 
I arrived in Malaysia in January 1993. 

I thought I knew a lot. 

I didn't. What I found, eventually, was NLP. 

In 2003 it changed how I understood everything. 

Myself, the people around me, the conversations I was having and the ones I was avoiding. 

In 2005, Najwa and I founded Asia Mind Dynamics in Kuala Lumpur as a pioneer of NLP in Malaysia.

Since then, I've trained practitioners, coaches, leaders, and trainers across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam in NLP, NLP Coaching, Influencing Skills. 

Over 20 years of live contact hours. 

My training spans both Tad and Adriana James through ABNLP and Robert Dilts through NLP University.

That dual grounding is unique in Asia.
